Community Tech Release Notes
Release Date: June 16, 2026

🚀 New Features

Frequent Visitors

Managing recurring guests is now faster than ever.

Residents and users can now add visitors to a Frequent Visitors list for quick access when creating visitor entries. For added convenience, an optional visitor key can be sent directly to the visitor during creation.

Once a frequent visitor has been added, future entries can be logged with a single click, reducing the time required to authorize regular guests.

User Management

Administrators now have greater control over community users directly within the platform.

New capabilities include:

  • Add new users
  • Update user information, including name, email, phone number, and role
  • Resend user activation invitations
  • Deactivate users when access is no longer needed

These enhancements make it easier to keep user records accurate and maintain community access controls.

⭐ Customer-Specific Feature

Parking Pass Print Tracking

Communities using parking passes can now track whether a parking pass has been printed for a specific key.

A printed status can be marked directly on a key and is visible throughout the platform, including:

  • The Keys table
  • Individual Key details

This provides greater visibility into parking pass distribution and helps reduce duplicate printing, and searching while printing multiple passes in advance of them arriving.

🔧 Enhancements

Unit Address Added to Keys Table

To make key management more efficient, the associated unit address is now displayed directly within the Keys table.

Users can quickly identify which address a key belongs to without opening the key details window, reducing clicks and improving visibility when managing large communities.

👀 Coming Soon

We're actively working on several new features, including:

Blocked Visitor List

Maintain a list of restricted visitors and prevent unauthorized access requests.

Scheduled Key Delivery

Create visitor keys in advance and automatically send them closer to their active start time.

Unit Occupancy Status for Rental Communities

View whether a visitor is currently checked in to a specific unit, providing greater visibility for rental and short-term stay communities.

Parking Space Visibility

See parking space counts directly on units and visitor keys to simplify parking management and improve resident visibility.
