🚀 New Feature

Parking Pass Printed Tracking

Communities that manage physical parking passes outside of Community Tech can now track whether a parking pass has already been prepared for an incoming visitor.

A new Parking Pass Printed indicator can be marked on each visitor key, giving administrators and staff clear visibility into which parking passes have already been printed. The status is displayed consistently throughout the platform, including the Keys table and the Key Details view.

This enhancement helps communities:

  • Track which visitor parking passes have already been prepared
  • Prevent duplicate parking pass printing
  • Improve coordination between office staff and gate personnel
  • Maintain better records of physical parking pass activity

Whether your team prepares parking passes in advance or hands them off to residents, this feature provides a simple way to keep everyone on the same page.


🔧 Enhancement

Resident Phone Number Added to Frequent Visitors

The Resident Phone Number is now displayed on the Frequent Visitors page, making it easier to identify which resident a frequent visitor is associated with.

This enhancement provides additional context at a glance, helping staff quickly locate the correct visitor record and manage frequent visitors more efficiently.

Scheduled Key Delivery

Generate and print visitor parking passes directly from Community Tech, eliminating manual processes and providing a streamlined parking pass workflow.
